Your Role: Creating Opportunities and Making a Real Difference

As an Opportunity Development Agent, you will join a dynamic team whose mission is to drive growth by reaching out to potential clients. Using a call generator, you will follow up with individuals who have started an online auto or home insurance quote to assist them in completing their process with a damage insurance agent. You will interact with clients from iAAH, CAA, and iAAV agencies, allowing you to engage with diverse and committed profiles.

Through your proactive approach, you will also help offer our clients a consultation with a financial security advisor, providing them with a comprehensive and informed view of their situation.

More specifically, your daily tasks will include:

• Showcasing your dynamism by offering, over the phone, a targeted audience a consultation with one of our financial security advisors or a call with a damage insurance agent.
• Actively contributing to the implementation of upcoming projects and initiatives. Here, the status quo has no place: new ideas are always welcome.
• Enjoying interactions with clients. Thanks to our efficient tools, you can focus on what truly matters: the conversation.
• Performing any other related tasks associated with the role.
