We are seeking a Technicien(ne) ITSM to join our client's team. The position is a contractual 18-month mandate, 40 hours per week. It offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the Montreal office. The estimated rate from our recruitment firm is approximately $70 per hour. CVs should be provided in English. Our client is looking for someone with strong knowledge or experience in ITIL to ensure governance.
Profile :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Significant experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes
- Experience in data collection and report / graph generation using Power BI
- Experience working with ServiceNow, including extracting data to Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with major incident management, change management, service requests, problems, and risk management
Assets :
- Knowledge of scripting and automation
- Experience with traditional tools like UNIX / Linux, Shell, SQL, etc.
Bilingualism :
French 0 / 5 and English 5 / 5 - French is an asset; English proficiency is required.
Contract Details :
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
