Job Title : - Program Manager or Senior Business Analyst

Duration : 12+ month(s) Contract (With Possibility of extension)

Location : Montreal QC (Hybrid)

It is a transversal role so we need somebody very versatile who has experience working with various stakeholders in a large and complex organization. A program manager or senior business analyst with exposure to both IT and finance could be a good fit for the position. I believe someone with only Finance experience is not a great fit as IT governance is an important part of the role. The position encompasses more than budgeting and includes overseeing a number of projects and processes to be followed. Presentation is key since the person will be reporting to senior executives.

Compétences Requises

See below the skills required mentioned in the JD :

Excellent communication skills for presentations for the leadership team
Proficiency in MS office tools (especially in Excel & PowerPoint for running the functions / formulas, Pivot tables, Macros and Charts).
Strong presentational and influencing skills
IT Governance, Program management, budget management

This is a high-level position, so a total of 8-10 years of experience is a minimum in my opinion, with 3-5 years in a similar role demonstrating the above skillset.
