What You'll Do

Offer excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and courteously, promoting products and services, helping them locate merchandise, make purchasing decisions, resolve related issues, and communicate concerns as needed.
Cover designated sectors in the sales area.
Perform zone maintenance in the assigned area.
Move featured items to their main modules.
Replace merchandise left at the customer service counter and other store sections.
Assist in covering the cash register area.
Communicate with other associates to maintain coverage at the cash registers.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and obstacle-free work environment by following company directives and procedures, including completing safety sweep registers and ensuring displays are secure.
Store and unstore merchandise and selections as needed. Install security devices on items if necessary. Set up and fill modules, including flexible modules, and install new shelves.
