Ecommerce Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous optimization of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations, with a primary focus on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront, including product setup, content updates, UX improvements, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to launch promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Plan digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Optimize site speed, conversion rate, and mobile experience using tools like Hotjar, GA4, and A/B testing platforms.
- Manage third-party apps and integrations to enhance functionality (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, etc.).
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts: listings, pricing, advertising, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Optimize product listings with keyword-rich content, A+ Content, and SEO best practices.
- Oversee Amazon ad campaigns (PPC) strategies to drive sales and improve ROAS.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce, ideally in beauty and/or fashion.
- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Proficient in managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central).
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Excel/Sheets).
