YOUR ROLE

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting operations and providing valuable collaboration in the following areas:

  • Assist the executive team and the HR Director with their tasks and activities;
  • Coordinate various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
  • Manage the calendar with close attention to priorities;
  • Review and draft communications (emails and letters), documents, presentations, and meeting minutes;
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts;
  • Coordinate meeting logistics.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Diploma in secretarial studies or any other relevant combination of education and experience;
  • Experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities;
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and autonomy;
  • Versatility, proactivity, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
