PROFIL
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to 150 users, working closely with another IT Technician and a Network Administrator.
MORE PRECISELY
- Support employees on the company's hardware and software;
- Create access, validate malware, configure printers, and manage passwords;
- Maintain workstations and operate in a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environment;
- Manage the IT hardware inventory, licenses, and contracts;
- Participate in new user training and prepare technical documentation.
PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, IP Telephony, VPN, and VMware environments;
- Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
- Autonomous, self-motivated, eager to learn;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Bilingual in French and English required.
