PROFIL

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to 150 users, working closely with another IT Technician and a Network Administrator.

MORE PRECISELY

Support employees on the company's hardware and software;
Create access, validate malware, configure printers, and manage passwords;
Maintain workstations and operate in a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environment;
Manage the IT hardware inventory, licenses, and contracts;
Participate in new user training and prepare technical documentation.

PROFILE

4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, IP Telephony, VPN, and VMware environments;
Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
Autonomous, self-motivated, eager to learn;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Bilingual in French and English required.
