Position Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting business growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating and implementing brand strategies, and managing events to strengthen our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will work closely with VP, Marketing and Product Development and various cross-functional teams to design impactful marketing campaigns, oversee event planning and execution, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website updates.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Support the company's social media initiatives and update website.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Travel required to various events, customer visits, meetings, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
