What you'll do

Offer excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and courteously, promoting products and services, helping them locate merchandise, make purchasing decisions, resolve related issues, and communicate concerns as needed.
Cover designated sections within the sales area.
Perform zoning of the assigned area.
Move featured items to their main module.
Return merchandise left at the customer service counter and other areas of the store.
Assist in covering the checkout area.
Communicate with other associates to maintain coverage at the checkout area.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and obstacle-free work environment by following company guidelines and procedures, including filling out safety sweep logs and ensuring displays are secure.
Store and unstore merchandise and selections as needed. Install security devices on items if necessary. Set up and fill modules, including flexible modules, and install new shelves.
