We’re looking for a scientist who’s not just technically sharp but thrives in environments where scientific precision meets operational scale.
What You’ll Do
- Fluorescence-based assay design: optimize conjugation, signal amplification, and labeling strategies to boost sensitivity in complex sample matrices
- Protocol validation and QC strategy: refine high-throughput workflows and build protocols that scale, repeat, and hold up to the real world
- Sample variability challenges: build methods that thrive across plasma, serum, tissue, and more
- Cross-functional integration: own method transfer and troubleshooting alongside automation, operations, and data teams
- Platform performance: identify sensitive workflow points, help define quality thresholds, and ensure assays are ready to run millions of times over
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years hands-on experience with signal-based, fluorescent assays
- A track record of handling complex biological samples and knowledge of how to design for that variability
- 2+ years Industry Experience in Biotech or Life Sciences company
Why This Role?
- You’ll get to build assays that actually scale
- Your work will directly impact a cutting-edge, high-throughput proteomics platform
