Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Document and track support requests using helpdesk software
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals
- Help with the setup and configuration of new equipment
- Collaborate with IT team members on various projects

- College diploma (DEC) or university degree in computer science
