Senior IT Specialist (Operations & Security)

Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Position Overview :

Seeking a Senior IT Specialist to ensure operational excellence across IT services, technical support, and cybersecurity. Supporting the reliability, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure and services. Advance technical support, lead security initiatives, and drive projects that enhance our IT and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Support: Deliver Level 2 and 3 support for systems, applications, and security incidents (onsite & remote).
• Operations & Security: Manage IT operations including SaaS platforms, endpoint management, and technical application support.
• System Integration: Improve security posture and lead integrations across internal platforms.
• Service Delivery: Monitor SLAs and ensure consistent, compliant service delivery.
• Project Leadership: Drive IT initiatives such as cloud migration, M&A integration, automation, and audits.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, SQL)
• Okta (Identity Management), MDM tools (Jamf, Intune)
• macOS, Google Workspace, Jira, Git
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems
• Bilingual: French & English (mandatory)
