Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un Spécialiste TI pour une entreprise dans le domaine bancaire. Notre client est situé à Montréal.

Description des tâches et responsabilités – Spécialiste TI

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

• Gestion des identités et des accès : Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer des solutions d’identité avec Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, MIM et CyberArk. Soutenir les projets de migration de MIM vers SailPoint;
• Sécurité et cryptographie : Gérer les produits cryptographiques (Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, ADCS) et renforcer la sécurité d’Active Directory, Windows Server (Kerberos, NTLM) et des postes de travail;
• Prévention de la perte de données (DLP) : Administrer et optimiser les solutions DLP telles que Symantec DLP, CloudSOC, Symantec SWG, Microsoft Purview et Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps;
• Cloud et Microsoft 365 : Diriger l’intégration et la gestion de Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD, Azure Application Proxy et des applications d’entreprise;
• Gestion de l’infrastructure : Agir comme administrateur système principal pour Windows Server (2016 / 2019), VMware, Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop et Commvault. Superviser les refontes et migrations DNS, DHCP et IPAM;
• Automatisation et scripts : Développer et maintenir des scripts d’automatisation avec PowerShell pour les migrations, les analyses et l’efficacité opérationnelle. Utiliser des outils comme Azure DevOps, Terraform et Ansible dans un environnement DevOps;
• Leadership de projets : Diriger des projets d’infrastructure à grande échelle, incluant la consolidation de domaines, les migrations de centres de données et la modernisation des applications. Fournir des conseils architecturaux et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques;
• Initiatives de sécurité : Réaliser des audits, mettre en œuvre la gestion des accès privilégiés (PAW, LAPS) et soutenir des initiatives telles que BlueKeep et les déploiements de Secret Server;
• Collaboration et mentorat : Travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, offrir un leadership technique et encadrer les membres juniors pour assurer l’alignement avec les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Exigences du poste – Spécialiste TI

Expérience Professionnelle

• Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en infrastructure TI, dont au moins 5 ans en administration système, gestion des identités ou sécurité;
• Expérience avérée dans des projets d’infrastructure critiques à grande échelle pour des clients d’entreprise (secteurs bancaire, gouvernemental ou immobilier);
• Expérience pratique en consolidation Active Directory, migrations vers le cloud et relocalisations de centres de données;
• Expérience antérieure comme consultant ou ingénieur de terrain (ex. : Microsoft PFE) fortement souhaitée.

Formation

• Diplôme ou certificat en informatique, technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe;
• Certifications supplémentaires en administration ou gestion sont un atout :
• Microsoft : MCSE Cloud, Azure Administrator Associate, MCITP : EA, MCDBA, MCSA 2012;
• VMware : VCP6-DCV ou équivalent;
• Citrix : CCA-V ou équivalent;
• Cisco : CCNA;
• ITIL Foundation.

Connaissances et Compétences

• Expertise en Active Directory (Kerberos / NTLM), Entra ID (SAML / OIDC, Graph API), Microsoft 365 et solutions basées sur Azure;
• Maîtrise des scripts PowerShell et des outils d’automatisation (Terraform, Ansible);
• Solide connaissance des outils de sécurité (CyberArk, SailPoint, HashiCorp Vault, ForgeRock) et des solutions DLP;
• Expérience avec VMware, Citrix, Commvault et le renforcement de la sécurité de Windows Server;
• Familiarité avec les pratiques DevOps et les outils comme Azure DevOps;
• Compétences en PowerShell, Azure DevOps (Ansible / YAML).

Compétences Interpersonnelles

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication;
• Fortes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes;
• Leadership démontré et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements dynamiques et sous pression;

Langues

• Français et anglais parlés requis.

• Connaissances en programmation (ex. : .NET, Python);
• Familiarité avec les migrations de systèmes hérités (ex. : Windows 2003 vers 2012 R2) et l’ingénierie inverse d’applications;
• Expérience dans des environnements à grande échelle (ex. : 8 000+ utilisateurs, 1 000+ serveurs, multiples domaines / forêts).

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Identity and Access Management : Design, implement, and manage identity solutions using Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, MIM, and CyberArk. Support projects such as MIM to SailPoint migrations;

Mandatory Skills – IT Specialist

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in senior system administration, identity management, or security roles;
• Proven experience in large-scale, critical infrastructure projects for enterprise clients (e.g., banking, government, or real estate sectors);
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory consolidation, cloud migrations, and data center relocations;
• Prior role as a consultant or Premier Field Engineer (e.g., Microsoft PFE) is highly desirable.

Educational Experience

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Additional certifications in administration or management are an asset :
• Microsoft : MCSE Cloud, Azure Administrator Associate, MCITP : EA, MCDBA, MCSA 2012;
