What We Offer

  • Hourly wage of $18.50, including a $1 bilingual bonus
  • Weekend work bonus
  • 20 to 30 hours per week

  • A full training day at the Bell Center
  • Post-training support during in-office phase at Laval
  • Option to work from home after successful in-office training, subject to conditions

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries with courtesy and empathy
  • Assist clients with plans and tickets: purchasing, accessing, transferring, cancelling, upgrading
  • Provide event information: location, parking, catering, accessibility

Qualifications

  • Fluent bilingual in English and French; approximately 50% of calls in English
  • Spanish knowledge is an asset
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours during specified times, including occasional weekends
  • Willingness to work from Laval when needed
  • High-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet, secure workspace for remote work
  • Interest in cultural and sporting events; ability to communicate passion
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, committed to quality
  • Experience in ticketing is a plus
  • Comfort with smartphones and computers
