PRODUCTION PLANNER
We are looking for an organized and proactive Production Planner to join our team in an aeronautical parts repair environment. The incumbent will play a key role in planning and monitoring operations to ensure deadlines are met, priorities are managed and production flow is optimized.

Your responsibilities :
- Develop and update production plans based on capacity and priorities.
- Monitor progress of repair orders and identify potential delays.
- Proactively manage emergencies and adjust priorities according to customer needs and operational constraints.
- Work closely with production, logistics, procurement and customer service teams.
- Analyze performance indicators and suggest improvements to optimize lead times and resources.
- Manage transactions and updates in SAP, ensure data consistency and generate necessary reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of the repair process.
- All other related tasks.
Profile required :
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent;
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in production planning, ideally in the aerospace industry or a repair environment.
- Technical skills: Good command of SAP and IT tools (Excel, ERP, Power BI is an asset).
- Analytical skills: Ability to anticipate risks of delays and propose proactive solutions.
- Organization and rigor: Excellent management of priorities and unforeseen events.
- Collaborative spirit: Ability to work in a team and coordinate several stakeholders.
- Communication: Ability to convey information effectively and alert others to problems.
- Bilingualism required.
