Senior User Experience Specialist - Digital Health Products

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI / UX Designer to join our team in shaping user experiences that improve patient and provider interactions with digital health tools.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include designing intuitive and accessible interfaces for digital healthcare products, creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts, and developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX design work, proficiency in Figma or Sketch, experience designing for both web and mobile applications, and the ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience working in the healthcare industry. To be successful in this role, you must be able to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and conduct user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch

About the Role

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week spent in a Montreal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces for digital healthcare products, creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts, and developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
