Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, our Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation, will be the engine behind developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that power demand and generate high-quality leads for our solutions and services. This pivotal role requires a brilliant blend of creativity and sharp analytical skills. You'll craft compelling programs that genuinely resonate with our target audiences, fostering deep customer intimacy that drives measurable business growth and makes a real impact on our success. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and launch innovative, multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, boost customer acquisition, grow existing accounts, and enhance pipeline.
- Manage HubSpot and integrate marketing tools to track, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance, including A/B testing.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. Craft and refine email nurture flows and re-engagement sequences, deeply understanding the customer journey to improve conversion rates at every stage.
- Partner with business units and sales to identify priority accounts and build effective one-to-one and one-to-few ABM strategies.
- Own the lead assignment process, working closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and foster strong sales-marketing alignment.
- Ensure all demand generation activities follow industry best practices, relevant laws, and company policies.
- Work with creative and web teams on asset development and analyze market trends to spot new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and modern marketing demand generation strategies and tactics.
- Highly proficient with HubSpot with a strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel demand generation initiatives.
- Adept at monitoring campaign performance and account engagement metrics, using insights to iterate on messaging, targeting, and content strategy.
- Experience working with sales in targeting high-value potential accounts with account-based marketing strategies and tactics.

Working Conditions
This position typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours are 8am to 5pm, however, work outside of regular office hours and occasional travel may be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software.

- The ability to use hands to manage and control a keyboard and mouse.
