Job Details

• Pay: $45,000–$50,000 a year, plus commissions
• Job type: Permanent – Full-time
• Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting
• Research and learn about prospects
• Cold calling and multi-touch sales activity
• Articulate Kapital’s product and service value propositions
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth
• Meet the agreed-upon expectations of activity, prospecting and results metrics
• Maintain contact lists and CRM
• Prepare weekly sales reports for management
• Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
• Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business

We are excited about you if you have

• One to five years of prospecting experience, depending on the complexity of the product/solution being sold, as well as the level of prospect being called.
• B-to-B experience selling a similar type of payments or fintech offerings into a similar type of markets
• Proven track record with new account development
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with MAPs and SFA systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
• Capacity to adapt to changing environments
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
• Drive to learn and continually develop oneself.
