SAP Concur Testing & Integration Consultant

Our Montreal-based client is seeking an SAP Concur Testing & Integration Consultant contractor to join their project starting immediately and will run for 2 to 3 months with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled SAP Concur Testing & Integration Consultant with expertise in S / 4HANA integration, strong functional knowledge, hands-on testing experience, and familiarity with the Concur UI. This will be almost a fully remote position, however, there will be some minimal travel to Montreal and possibly Winnipeg. All candidates must be able to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to perform end-to-end testing of the Concur solution (UAT).
• Must be able to navigate SAP Concur screens efficiently to identify, log, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Validate end-to-end data flow between SAP Concur and S / 4HANA, ensuring accuracy in master data, transactional records (e.g., invoices, expenses), and reporting outputs.
• Guide clients through test scenarios, ensuring alignment with business processes and integration requirements.
• Proactively navigate SAP Concur’s UI and backend systems to diagnose, document, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Replicate defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional / technical) to drive timely resolutions.
• Verify integration touchpoints (APIs, middleware, etc.) and address discrepancies to maintain system integrity.
• Support clients in formalizing test results, logging defects with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs), and prioritizing issues based on business impact.
• Facilitate defect triage sessions, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
