Job Description

This role is for a Scrum Master within the Digital Marketing Technology organization, focused on developing websites and platforms used by Marketing. The Scrum Master promotes and facilitates the agile process within and outside the squad.

Responsibilities include :

  • Lead the squad through Agile ceremonies : standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Implement best practices and improve existing practices to benefit our squad and delivery capabilities.
  • Help the squad recognize and manage blockers and impediments.
  • Enforce quality standards in user stories and artifacts related to our product and progress.
  • Maintain data and reporting related to project metrics.
  • Manage our deliveries to ensure value, quality, and timeliness.
  • Foster a collaborative culture across the squad, clients, and partners.
  • Maintain alignment with stakeholders.
  • Identify organizational resources needed by the squad and coordinate accordingly.

Skills Required :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
  • Expertise in using JIRA for managing Agile sprints, including managing boards, workflows, and acting as the JIRA administrator.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, developer practices, code quality control, and delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage and escalate risks and issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools is preferred.
