Tasks :
- Facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring that all Scrum events are effectively organized and conducted.
- Coaching the Development Team and the Product Owner on the principles and practices of Scrum, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities within the framework.
- Serving the Scrum Team by removing impediments to their progress, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed, and protecting them from external distractions.
- Ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to the values, principles, and practices of Scrum.
- Resolving conflicts within the team and facilitates constructive communication and collaboration among team members.
- Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
- Acting as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, ensuring that stakeholders understand the progress of the project and providing transparency into the development process.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related study
- 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and inspire a culture of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex impediments and issues hindering the team's progress.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation, with the ability to handle challenging situations and foster constructive dialogue among team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- An asset is at least one Scrum Certification like scaled certification (SAFe 5, SCRUM Master), PSMI, AGILE PMConsultant (SPC), or other advanced Agile certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively, facilitating meetings, and influencing decision-making.
