We’re now hiring a Practice Enablement Strategist to make sure our practice partnerships succeed. This is a high-trust, cross-functional role focused on the real work of transformation—turning our product into meaningful results inside the clinics we serve. You’ll be the go-to person for new practice onboarding, thoughtful implementation, and long-term clinic engagement. You’re not running the day-to-day of a clinic, but you’ll be central to helping clinic teams thrive—by unlocking the right resources, deploying product tools with care, and building relationships that turn uncertainty into momentum. ✨ Meroka is building the future of independent medicine in the United States. Our tone is warm, grounded, and confident—but never corporate or clinical. ❌ You see software as a checklist, not a conversation You aren’t motivated by long-term impact or transformation ✅ Lead onboarding and implementation for new Meroka practices—ensuring each clinic gets up and running smoothly with the systems and tools we provide Serve as a trusted sounding board to physicians, managers, and staff—helping them identify where Meroka can add value, and adapting implementation to fit their workflow Identify where external tools or resources are needed and help orchestrate their selection , testing, and deployment Planning, monitoring and managing the necessary resources ( human, financial, physical, technological, etc.) to ensure provision of quality services and work is achieved in effective and efficient manner Proactively spot areas where clinics may be stuck, overwhelmed, or underutilizing our tools—and step in with support, training, or better processes Contribute to the long-term development of our enablement playbooks and tools —this is a building role, not a plug-and-play job Has 2–6 years’ experience in customer experience, implementation, operations, or a related cross-functional role where empathy and execution mattered equally Can confidently manage multiple clinics in different phases of enablement without dropping balls Can thrive in a hybrid rhythm (3–4 days / week in-person in Montreal) Brings emotional intelligence , cultural awareness, and a people-first mindset to every conversation Health benefits, retirement savings matching and unlimited vacation A mission-driven, purpose-led role with creative freedom This role is an opportunity for frequent travel across the USA for in-person onboarding, training, and enablement support.
