Job Title : Assistant Manager - Recruitment
This role is for a Scrum Master within the Digital Marketing Technology organization, focusing on website and platform development used by Marketing. The Scrum Master promotes and supports the agile process within and outside the squad, working with the HR Tech team to launch new features and capabilities.
Skills Required :
- Lead the squad through Agile ceremonies : standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Adopt and improve best practices for better delivery capability.
- Help recognize and manage blockers and impediments.
- Enforce quality in user stories and artifacts.
- Maintain data and reporting.
- Manage deliveries to ensure value, quality, and timeliness.
- Foster a collaborative culture across squad, clients, and partners.
- Align with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with organizational resources to support the squad.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager.
- Mandatory knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics, as Adobe is the primary vendor.
- Expertise in JIRA for managing Agile sprints, boards, workflows, and administration.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, code quality, and delivery practices.
- Strong communication, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with diverse groups (Tech, Marketing, etc.).
- Ability to manage and escalate risks and issues.
