Main Responsibilities
- Maintain show shot list and coordinate milestones with the VFX Supervisor and Producer.
- Manage shot statuses and artist targets, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Disseminate shot notes and manage information flow between departments and clients.
- Organize meetings, reviews, and daily check-ins with artists and supervisors.
- Ensure all work is evaluated, approved, and notes are communicated effectively.
