We are looking for an Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in selling professional services in IT. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to engage with customers and prospects to understand their business objectives and work with your peers to establish a plan of sale.

Individuals with a technical consulting background interested in the sales aspect are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the CRM, Implementation, and Financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from early-stage lead to securing an IT project
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in your CRM
  • Attend client meetings on a regular basis or when delegated to handle such tasks
  • Prepare client reports on a regular basis and submit such to the appropriate authority
  • Develop workable strategies for marketing and sales generation
  • Develop helpful plans that will target new and prospective customers for the organization
  • Work together with the account planners of the organization for proper analysis of the chosen budget and clients' brief
  • Meet clients’ needs latest by deadlines allotted to such needs
  • Manage accounts of the clients and also collaborate with accounting for accurate invoices
  • Solve all the problems clients may report on

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 5 years in conceptual selling professional services in IT
  • Has held a closing and quota-carrying role in the past, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Encompasses a well-rounded set of competencies including customer focus, technical skills, professional accountability, emotional intelligence, priorities management, teamwork, and self-direction
  • Has a strong ability to take initiative with enthusiasm
  • Perfect written and verbal communications in English (French is a nice to have)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
  • Is curious and has a great sense of humor
  • Is comfortable with traveling (minimal)
