Position Details

This is a position of 4 days worked and 4 days not worked. It is a night shift position with a schedule from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM. Bilingualism is required to answer client requests in all regions of Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer demand and ensure the accuracy of the distribution plan using logistics KPIs.
  • Create orders in the system for customers who require one-time, standard, or regular delivery.
  • Assign routes, indicating timing, equipment, and product source.
  • Prioritize deliveries and schedule truck utilization.
  • Analyze customer trends and proactively contact customers to understand usage changes and production plans.
  • Maintain accuracy of master data in the system.

Education and Competencies :

  • You have a college diploma or a bachelor's degree in Logistics / Procurement or equivalent, combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • You are bilingual (in order to answer client requests in all regions of Canada) with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of distribution activities and computer / digital systems related to logistics.
