As a Backend Staff Developer (AI Integration) at Poka, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our AI integration services . Your expertise will help bring innovative, real-world solutions to life that enhance the experience of our users.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team on a mission to push the boundaries of innovation . What you’ll do :

• Design, maintain, and evolve backend services and subsystems for AI integration.
• Rapidly prototype R&D concepts to test and validate ideas.
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI technology and suggest actionable innovations.
• Collaborate with product managers during the ideation and feasibility stages.
• Build a deep understanding of our product to evaluate the ROI of new AI features.
• Support product teams in delivering projects that integrate AI.
• Help onboard teams across the company to successfully use and adopt AI tools.
• Respond to legal and security questions related to AI usage within our platform.
• Document architectural decisions (RFCs, ADRs) in a clear and collaborative manner.
