Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and Scrum skills, with a solid understanding of Agile principles.
Responsibilities include :
- Interacting closely with management and clients to understand the squad's mission and scope.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Managing scope changes and performing impact analysis on timelines.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
