Groupe Home Société is a Quebec-based company that brings together several well-known brands, including MUST, Maison Corbeil, Home Société, La Galerie du Meuble, and Jardin de Ville . It stands out as a leader in the design and marketing of mid- to high-end indoor and outdoor furniture in Quebec and Ontario. As a rapidly growing company, we are currently looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our marketing and e-commerce team in Laval .

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing and E-commerce Manager, the main responsibility of the Marketing Strategist is to implement strategies that ensure our brands stand out in the market.

With a strategic mindset , strong writing skills, comprehensive marketing knowledge, and a strong business sense, the ideal candidate is adaptable to various customer types. They will have the opportunity to share their ideas and work in a dynamic and stimulating environment where their success is celebrated.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

You will have both a strategic and creative role :

  • You help build the company's marketing plan, plan actions, and ensure brand consistency while staying on top of new trends.

CRM & Newsletters

  • You plan communications (newsletters, SMS), manage automated campaigns, and target the right audiences in collaboration with the CRM team.

    • Traditional and Digital Media

  • You develop media strategies to maximize visibility, coordinate bookings / ads, and follow up with agencies.

    • Analytics & Performance

  • You measure the impact of marketing actions, identify trends using tools like Google Analytics, and suggest areas for improvement.

    • Content Creation

  • You participate in creating content for our channels (TV, web, newsletters, social media), help choose visuals and contribute to enriching our site and campaigns.

    • DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field;
  • You’ve been thriving for over 5 years in a marketing / e-commerce team;
  • Your passion for marketing, e-commerce, and data analysis is clear and it shows in everything you do;
  • You’re well-versed in social media (META, TikTok), email campaigns, digital analytics, and CRM tools;
  • You adapt quickly to seize new opportunities and create unique, engaging user experiences;
  • People describe you as organized, creative, and an effective communicator in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • You naturally build and maintain strong relationships with internal collaborators.
