GardaWorld is currently looking for a Product Owner – Digital Products (B2B Websites) to join the Global Marketing Team.
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent (Montreal)
Your Mission
As Product Owner – Digital Products, you will be responsible for driving the development, optimization, and evolution of GardaWorld’s B2B websites across up to three Global Champion brands. Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing (or a Senior Product Owner if applicable), you will play a critical role in translating business needs into digital solutions that enhance lead generation, user experience, and brand impact.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, design, and external development teams to deliver high-performance, user-centric websites that drive pipeline growth and strategic objectives.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, data-driven digital leader passionate about website performance, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution and optimization of assigned websites with a focus on lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey improvement.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable digital roadmaps, backlog items, and feature enhancements.
- Own and manage the product backlog : write clear user stories, prioritize initiatives, and work closely with external web development and design agencies.
- Analyze website performance KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates) and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Advocate for the needs of multiple user segments (prospects, clients, candidates, partners) to deliver impactful digital experiences.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Design teams to align website strategies with overall business goals.
- Ensure the websites follow SEO best practices, UX / UI excellence, accessibility standards, and modern web performance requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B web marketing, UX, and CRO.
- Coordinate and align internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the website development lifecycle.
