Senior Scrum Masters – Hybrid in Montreal (1x / week onsite)
We are seeking two seasoned Scrum Masters to join a high-performing Agile environment. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with multiple teams and Product Owners to optimize delivery practices, eliminate blockers, and drive forward strategic initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master guiding multiple Agile teams
- Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and project planning
- Experience managing simultaneous projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
