I am recruiting for a leading innovator in ultra-low-power wireless technology, and they are looking for an RF IC Design Architect to join their growing team in the Montreal area. In this role, you will design and develop advanced RF circuits for next-generation wireless connectivity.Responsibilities : Design, simulate, and validate RF and analog IC blocks for wireless communication systemsWork on key RF components such as LNAs, mixers, PLLs, and power amplifiersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and power efficiencySupport testing, debugging, and characterization of RF ICsStay up to date with the latest advancements in RF IC designRequirements : Strong background in RF / analog IC design with hands-on experience in CMOS processesProficiency in design tools such as Cadence, ADS, and EM simulatorsExperience with silicon validation and debuggingKnowledge of low-power wireless communication systems is a plusDegree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldVisa sponsorship is only available for a candidate who is fluent in French.
