Job Description
Bilingual Disability Administration Coordinator — Remote

Take part in an opportunity where your attention to detail can make a real difference. Within the insurance sector, you will support key communication and administrative processes that help maintain quality, confidentiality, and service excellence across a national organization.

What is in it for you:

• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess external communications to ensure compliance with privacy protocols and client-specific communication guidelines.
• Apply a high level of attention to detail to help prevent privacy breaches.
• Reconcile inconsistent or inaccurate information and provide feedback to case managers and leaders when privacy, confidentiality, or communication guidelines are not met.
• Analyze communications and document trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a group email inbox efficiently while maintaining quality standards and turnaround times.
• Assist with administrative case management activities, including email communications, tool referrals, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Case Managers, Operations Specialists, Associate Managers, Plan Sponsors, and Plan Members.
• Review information being communicated externally to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Document findings and provide recommendations regarding communication quality and required corrections.

What you will need to succeed:

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education at the college or university level is required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe.
• Ability to probe, investigate, apply critical judgment, solve problems, and take ownership of discrepancies and issues through to resolution.
• Bilingualism in English and French is required to review, analyze, and support communications with internal and external stakeholders across Canada.
