Key responsibilities for the CCO include overseeing a culture of accountability for measurable outcomes, providing guidance on conservation opportunities, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team. The role demands exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a global network model. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in team management, a strong background in conservation, and a commitment to the core values of courage, integrity, respect, and collaboration. While not mandatory, proficiency in a language relevant to the areas where the company operates is considered an asset.
