We are hiring a Bilingual District Sales Manager for a growing organization in the steel construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hunter-style sales professional who enjoys business development, relationship building, and growing market share. Leadership experience is preferred, but strong sales candidates with management potential will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across assigned territory
  • Expand market presence in Quebec and Atlantic Canada
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners/customers
  • Lead and support a team of 2 Estimators
  • Build strong relationships with steel fabricators, contractors, engineers, and distributors
  • Manage bid opportunities, RFQs, and RFPs
  • Develop pricing strategies and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings across the region

Ideal Background:

  • Sales experience in steel, construction materials, fabrication, or related industry
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success
  • Experience with bids, tenders, RFQs, or project-based sales
  • Relationship-focused approach (not only price selling)
  • Comfortable winning business from competitors
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset

Travel:

  • Regional travel 1–2 days per week
  • Annual U.S. Sales Conference
