Coordinate VFX production remotely with ShotGrid, client communication, and organized delivery management at CoSA VFX. Bring clarity to busy projects.
CoSA VFX seeks a seasoned Production Coordinator for episodic and feature projects. You will support a collaborative remote production environment through notes, deliveries, bid documents, and shot tracking. Strong communication, organization, and VFX process knowledge are central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take notes during daily sessions and client meetings
- Coordinate client ingest and delivery execution
- Create bid documents using established templates
- Manage and mentor production assistants and interns
- Review shot assignments and update statuses
Requirements:
- Seasoned production coordination experience in VFX
- Proficiency with ShotGrid, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Hands-on experience with Aspera or Media Shuttle
- Strong client relations and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent organization, grammar, spelling, and writing skills
