You will handle escalation via JIRA, manage storage, monitor systems, administer OS images, and collaborate with other technology teams to support artists' workflows and production needs.
This role requires 3+ years in a level 1 IT position, strong hardware experience, AD management, scripting basics, and excellent communication.
