Our TMT client is seeking a Junior Bilingual HR Generalist (1+ years) to develop training programs addressing mental health in the workplace
Join a corporate professional team supporting workplace mental health education initiatives in a hybrid environment. This role focuses on developing training programs, support materials, and workload management guidance for employees and leaders. The position includes collaboration on mental health resources, training delivery, and program development informed by internal metrics and external mental health education trends.

Exigences
Must Haves
- 2+ years as an HR Generalist
- Fluent bilingual communication in English and French
Nice to Have
- Experience developing mental health training programs
- Familiarity with internal metrics and data analysis for program development
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement training programs and support materials focused on workplace mental health
- Utilize internal metrics to identify needs for programs and resources
- Collaborate with the team to design and build mental health resources
- Research external developments in mental health education to support program updates
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate reading programs for employees
- Develop content for mental health training initiatives
- Build a workload management guide for employees and leaders
