Our utility client is seeking a Project Manager (7+ years) to lead business process change initiatives using project management and process improvement practices -

Join a project management team delivering medium to high risk business process change initiatives within a utility environment. This role leads cross-functional project activities including planning, risk management, process mapping, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting. The position supports complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple stakeholder groups and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.

Preferrably someone local in BC, Open to remote candidates, Contract,

For Remote, Must be able to travel for meetings to the office/site as required, Once per quarter.

Exigences

Must Haves

• 7+ years of project management across business process change initiatives
• Process improvement, process redesign, and business process mapping
• Documentation, SOP development, and executive-level communication
• Stakeholder management, facilitation, and driving action through influence
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

• Utility experience
• Capital project experience
• Lean / Six Sigma
• Power BI or reporting exposure
• Change management

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and report on business process change project activities
• Monitor project benefits, resources, and status throughout the project lifecycle
• Create project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports, and post implementation reviews
• Develop project plans and risk management plans for business process change projects
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks
• Complete project scoping, planning, monitoring, and reporting activities using Microsoft Office and project management programs
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through regular reporting and communication
