Our client is seeking a Senior Maximo Systems Developer-Integrator (10+ years) to lead the implementation of MAS-Manage using IBM Maximo Application Suite, Red Hat OpenShift, and Oracle integrations

Join a large-scale enterprise asset management modernization initiative supporting water distribution, wastewater collection, storm water management, structures, and revenue operations. This role leads the production implementation of MAS-Manage across Staging, QA, and Production environments, including installation, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support. The environment includes Red Hat OpenShift, Oracle, LDAP/IDP integration, SAP, ESRI GIS, OSB, and Prometheus/DataSplice integrations. The engagement supports a validated on-premises architecture with responsibility for operational readiness and knowledge transfer.

Exigences

Must Haves

• 10+ years administering and supporting Maximo and MAS-Manage, including installation, configuration, patching, and environment maintenance
• 5+ years installing, configuring, or upgrading IBM Maximo 7.6.x, including WebSphere or Liberty, integrations, and customizations
• 3+ years implementing or supporting Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including MAS Manage, Suite Administration, and registry configuration
• 3+ years deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift, including operators, routes, namespaces, secrets, and persistent volumes
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications
• IBM MAS or Maximo certifications
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Ansible, Python, or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Install and configure MAS 9 and MAS-Manage on the City’s Red Hat OpenShift cluster
• Configure platform services, certificates, secrets, namespaces, operators, and TLS components
• Implement LDAP/IDP integration and configure RBAC roles
• Coordinate Oracle schema configuration, connectivity, and performance validation with DBA Services
• Validate integrations between MAS-Manage and SAP, ESRI GIS, OSB, H2Ottawa, and Prometheus/DataSplice
• Prepare and execute technical test plans across Staging, QA, and Production environments
• Produce installation documentation, operational procedures, environment maps, and knowledge transfer materials
