  • Documentation & Reporting: Support the drafting of project documentation (Project Ideas, DO, DA, etc.) and ensure projects meet standards, strategic orientations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Analysis & Compliance: Evaluate project requests for strategic alignment; analyze business needs and ensure all necessary information is captured in prescribed client templates.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between project requestors and IT teams to facilitate the completion of technical templates and ensure alignment among all parties.

  • Support & Administration: Assist project teams in producing, optimizing, and maintaining legal and regulatory documentation. Manage administrative follow-ups and support steps related to project submission and acceptance.

  • Consulting & Process Improvement: Act as an advisor to clarify needs and improve processes. Propose tools and approaches to simplify workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings related to pre-project activities and project planning.

  • Communication: Maintain proactive communication with client departments and promote transparency regarding project integration processes.


What you must have:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Public Health, or equivalent). Diploma must be recognized by MÉLS or possess an equivalence from MIFI.

  • Experience: Relevant experience in business analysis for IT projects, preferably within the health or social services sector.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., LGGRI) and RSSS (health network) issues is considered an asset.

  • Skills:

    Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.

    Strong leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor.

    Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and navigate ambiguity while making informed decisions.

    Proficiency in assessing client needs and adjusting services to organizational constraints.

  • Language: Mastery of French is mandatory.

  • Asset: Experience analyzing digital needs for IT projects (e.g., request management systems, project management platforms, or specialized health network tools). Comfort with complex digital environments and information security principles.
