Responsibilities

• Analyze and documentlogisticsand transportation processes toidentifyopportunities for efficiency and cost savings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.

• Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.

• Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.

• Identifyoperational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

• Create andmaintaindocumentation, including process flows and user guides.

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently in3rdor 4thyear of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree,inlogistics,supplychainmanagement, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.

• Eagerness to understand andoptimizelogistical and transportationalsystems.

• Strong collaboration andcommunication skillsto convey operational insights clearly.
