Description du poste
Reporting to the Surveillance Centre Supervisor, the Video Surveillance Agent is responsible for monitoring company facilities, handling incoming alarms and calls, and conducting video analysis as needed.
Responsabilités
- Monitor company facilities using video surveillance systems;
- Perform basic checks of video surveillance equipment;
- Create and manage access controls;
- Receive, manage and route telephone calls;
- Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals;
- Alert and coordinate emergency services when required;
- Prepare required reports;
- Work closely with investigators and conduct video analysis as needed.
Qualifications

- You are available to work various shifts, including day, evening and night shifts;
- You hold a BSP – Electronic Security Systems licence, or are willing to complete the required training after being hired;
- Security experience is an asset;
- You are bilingual in French and English;
- You hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
