Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP S4/HANA Communications Lead to join their project immediately and will run until July 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading communications for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations, including developing end-to-end communications plans, conducting detailed stakeholder analyses, supporting leadership engagement and alignment, planning and producing a variety of communications products for end-user experiences using various media tools (such as Canva) or video content. This will be a primarily remote with minimal travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading communications for the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation project .
- Developing comprehensive communications strategies, plans, calendars, and campaigns aligned with project milestones.
- Conducting stakeholder and audience assessments to identify communication needs, risks, and engagement opportunities.
- Creating executive-level messaging and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Writing and editing a wide range of communications, including: Executive updates, Employee announcements, Change readiness communications.
- Project newsletters, Leadership toolkits, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Townhall materials, Training and readiness communications, Hypercare and go-live communications.
- Partnering with Change Management, Learning and Business teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Translating complex SAP concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging.
- Supporting change enablement and business readiness activities.
- Managing communication review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Monitoring communication effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, engagement analytics, and performance reporting.
- Identifying communication risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
