Senior Informatica Developer with Admin Skills

Location: Montreal, QC - Onsite (5 Days/week)

We are seeking a Senior Informatica Developer with strong Informatica Administration skills to join a Global Enterprise Technology Team responsible for the development, modernization, security, and operational reliability of mission-critical information distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud/IDMC, ETL development, administration, SQL, data warehousing, and platform modernization.

Exigences

7+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development for data warehouse environments.
Strong expertise in Informatica ETL development, data integration, mappings, workflows, and processes.
Strong Informatica administration experience, including installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (PCD), Mappings, Workflows, and related processes.
Experience migrating on-premises Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Cloud using CDI-PC.
Experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based Informatica environments.
Experience with IDMC infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Entra applications, SSO, REST API access, and configuration.
Strong experience with Informatica workflow performance tuning and optimization.
Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience upgrading Informatica PowerCenter and managing Windows-based administration, patching, and maintenance.
Strong development experience loading data from SQL sources into data warehouses, including Facts and Dimensions.
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and incremental data loading.
Experience with enterprise integration technologies and processes.
Must possess both Informatica Development and Administration experience.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
Experience with QuerySurge.
Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.
Knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and techniques.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités clés

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, and data integration processes.
Perform Informatica platform administration, configuration, upgrades, patching, and operational support.
Support migration and modernization of Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Cloud/IDMC.
Monitor and troubleshoot Informatica environments, workflows, and data pipelines.
Optimize ETL workflows and resolve performance-related issues.
Develop and maintain data warehouse loads, including fact and dimension tables.
Implement incremental data loading and complex SQL-based data transformations.
Support Azure Entra SSO, REST API integrations, and IDMC infrastructure.
Monitor platform health using enterprise observability tools.
Collaborate with DevSecOps and Platform Engineering teams on modernization initiatives.
Support production incidents, root cause analysis, testing, and continuous improvement.
Maintain secure, reliable, and highly available enterprise data integration platforms.
