The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust compliance framework in line with securities legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and assessment of the organization's activities to identify and mitigate non-compliance risks. This role demands a strategic approach to compliance, combining regulatory accountability with team leadership, and requires the ability to influence business teams and ensure a strong compliance culture. The CCO will also oversee operational risk management in the investments sector and work closely with the legal services team to provide advisory support on regulatory matters.
