TAIDQ Analyst – Application Portfolio, CMDB & Technology Governance
Compétences et expérience obligatoires
Technology & Governance
- 7+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Inventory Management, Application Governance, or Technology Operations.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories.
- Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data.
- Knowledge of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies, and technology governance processes.
Data Management
- Data quality assessment and remediation.
- Data validation and reconciliation.
- Metadata management.
- Inventory completeness analysis.
- Application portfolio reporting.
Outils & plateformes
- ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management
- JIRA
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office Suite
Gestion des parties prenantes
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads.
- Risk and issue management.
- Executive status reporting and presentation skills.
Expérience préférée
- Banking and Financial Services technology environment.
- Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories.
- CMDB, Asset Management, or Application Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Knowledge of application rationalization, ownership governance, and technology lifecycle management.
