Join a global mining organization and contribute to the delivery of procurement services in a dynamic shared services environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Ce que nous offrons

  • Salaried: $40-50 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate: $50-60 per hour.
  • 6-month contract with potential extension up to 18 months.
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Hybrid work, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Montréal office.

Responsabilités

  • Convert approved purchase requisitions into compliant purchase orders.
  • Deliver globally consistent procurement services while strengthening stakeholder engagement and capability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to review and improve Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through idea generation and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and risk requirements.
  • Manage and resolve issues, escalations, and process inconsistencies within the end-to-end procurement process.

Exigences

  • 4+ years of experience in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) domain, including extensive experience with buying processes in a shared services environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required to collaborate with global teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers while supporting procurement activities and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Network (SBN) Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational functions.
  • Experience working in global business environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
