The Company is in search of a Chief Learning Officer for AI and Ed Tech to spearhead its global AI learning agenda and foster strategic partnerships in the AI and technology sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's learning agenda on the impact of AI in education, particularly in the context of holistic student development and the future of education.
This role involves leading a collaborative AI Circle, engaging with global AI organizations, and ensuring that the use of AI aligns with the company's mission of educational transformation.
The CLO will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI within the organization, scaling innovation, and championing ethical AI practices.
Exigences
Applicants for the Chief Learning Officer position should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of professional experience, with a strong background in strategic leadership and a deep understanding of AI technologies.
The role requires excellent relationship management skills, a commitment to the company's mission, and the ability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in technological transformations, educational technology, and a passion for promoting localized, collective leadership to address systemic educational inequities.
