We are looking for a DevOps/SRE (Senior) to work with one of our client s.

Contexte et objectifs

The role is focused on supporting, maintaining, and evolving the software factory’s services and tools within an international environ ment. The consultant will contribute to platform stability, CI/CD adoption, automation initiatives, monitoring practices, cloud platform evolution, and knowledge sharing across teams. The position also requires close collaboration with users, stakeholders, application teams, and international teams within a Follow-The-Sun support model.

Responsabilités clés

  • Support an d adoption - Ensure the stability and availability of the software factory’s service s and tools- Adhere to platform SLA within a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) su pport model- Operate services in compliance with security regulations- Communicate effectively regarding incidents and plann ed releases- Assist application teams in adopting CI/CD bes t practices- Support teams in using provided CI/CD tools
  • Development and evolution of the offering - Develop prototypes and run Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new tools- Install, upgrade, and maintain tools and environments- Reduce support workload through automation and chat bot solutions- Contribute to Microsoft Azure Public Cloud platf orm evolution- Define and implement monitoring KPIs (SLOs/SLAs/SLIs) and trac k performance Kno wledge sharing - Contribute to documentation and promote pr oper tool usage- Write and improve internal su pport processes- Advocate for CI/CD platform best practices- Participate in “Test and Deployment” commu nity activities- Act as regional AMER CI/CD tools expert and p rovide g uidance

Profil

Exigences obligatoires

  • Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, a nd monitoring tools
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software factory tools, in developmen t or administration
  • Strong autonomy and ability to lead meetings with use rs and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and communicate delays
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across c omplex environments
  • Ability to propose pragmatic, hig h-quality solutions
  • Results-driven mindse t with perseverance
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Client-centric approach with ability to support user needs
  • Strong collaboration skills in an internation al team envi ronment

  • Familiarity with build tools such a s Maven, MSBuild, npm
  • Knowledge of TeamCity, Ji ra, GitHub Enterprise
  • Experience with XLDeploy, Nexus, JFrog Platfor m, Artifactory, Sonar
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, A rgoCD, GitHub Actions
  • Bilingual French / Engli sh is a plus.
  • Language Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partner s in the United States.
